We are pleased, after several months of hard work in preparation, finally to announce the appearance of Issue No. 1 on our home page on the CHASS server at the University of Toronto.
Excellent articles were kindly submitted by Tamara Nazarova (Moscow State University), Paul Perron and Marcel Danesi (University of Toronto), and Itamar Even-Zohar (Tel Aviv University).
The server is not very fast, but our review is now available to scholars all over the world.
